Naturopathy and Nutrition Consultations
A naturopathic consultation takes an in-depth look into your health state. I will take the time to talk with you about your current health issues, your health goals and take an detailed health history. Physical examination such as blood pressure, iris analysis, nail and tongue assessment will be undertaken. These in-depth consultations provide the best possible picture to treat your health conditions, and ensure that all your health concerns are heard.
An initial consultation takes 1hr and follow up consultations are 30 minutes.

Detox Programs
I offer a detox program designed to help you look and feel your best. Detoxing is a process where the bodies ability to clear toxins is enhanced. A detox can assist in many health issues.
The program runs for 4weeks and prices range from $160-$200 (includes some products)
Quit Smoking Program
Trying to kick the habit? The quit smoking program is a 4 month program that uses herbal medicine to help you quit smoking. This program has been shown to be effective in research conducted at Swinburne University.

Weightloss Program
I can create for you an individual weight loss program, designed to get results. This program includes detailed diet analysis.

Flower Essence Therapy
Flower Essences are a vibrational therapy that focuses on emotional and energetic health. These beautiful remedies are used to 'bring you back to balance'. They are specifically indicated in emotional upsets and people who just feel stuck. I offer individual flower essence consultations, where we use flower cards and a detailed assessment of your issues to help create individual flower remedies for you. I utilize the Australian Bush Flower essences and the Bach Flower essences.
A flower essence consultation takes 30 minutes and includes a bottle of flower essences.

The use of other medications alongside Naturopathy is generally safe. Please bring your medications along with you, and I will tailor a treatment for you that doesn't interact with those medications you are already taking.

Naturopathy is an excellent choice for children, as it is gentle and effective. There are a wide range of childhod concerns that can be safely and effectively treated with naturopathy.
